Seaweed Salad
modified by Beth from several different sources
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon wasabi or prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ginger powder
- Sugar to taste (actually, I used maple syrup)
- 1 cup rehydrated chopped wakame seaweed
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Mix first 6 ingredients together to make dressing. Pour over wakame. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. EAT!
Makes 2 small servings or 1 hearty serving.
