Fruit Salad with Lemon-Lime Dressing

Roast the coconut and almonds in a 350 degree F oven for about 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. In a large glass bowl combine all the fruits and toss gently to mix. sprinkle with lemon and lime juice and toss gently. Add cooled coconut and almonds just before serving and toss gently. Garnish with mint sprigs if handy.
